How to play Bubble Shot with Pocket7Games
The playing field in Bubble Shot features little bubbles in six colors: red, blue, green, purple, yellow, and orange. Most of the bubbles are randomly scattered in the top part of your screen, often forming little clusters of the same color. You’ll also see two bubbles at the bottom of your screen. You’ll shoot the top bubble towards wherever you tap among the clusters. By hitting a bubble against a cluster of the same color (making a group of at least three bubbles), the bubble cluster will pop, and any bubbles below it will fall away.
If you prefer the other bubble on standby, you simply click the circle between the two to switch them. Next to these two bubbles, you will see three grey bubbles. Every time you shoot a bubble and fail to connect to the same color, one of these bubbles disappears. When you’ve used up all three grey bubbles, the top part of the field lowers a bit, and more bubbles appear. The game ends when you’ve cleared the whole field, or a bubble touches the dotted grey line that separates the top and bottom part of the playing field.
To win the game, you need more points than your opponent. You receive points for every bubble you clear, for creating combos, for ending the game before the time is out, and for each color you’ve managed to clear.
Strategies to help you win real money with Bubble Shot
Although playing Bubble Shot is very intuitive, there were some strategies I wish I’d known before I started playing. Below, you’ll find my three tips for playing Bubble Shot so that you will have a better chance at winning cash.
- Use the ‘laser sight’
Although you don’t need the ‘laser sight’, it can be of great help. Often, it’s impossible to see whether a bubble will fit through a narrow opening, or what angle you need to precisely make your shot. The laser sight helps you determine this and can keep you from very costly mistakes.
2. Bounce off the walls
Much like a game of billiards, you can use the walls and the bubbles’ bounces to your advantage. See a cluster of the same color that seems out of reach? Check again with the laser sight and make sure there isn’t really a way around your obstacles.
3. Use the switch
Sometimes, you’re only drawn to your backup bubble if the first choice really doesn’t work out. But don’t underestimate the power of switching early. In the example below, I’m using a blue bubble to clear out a bigger section. It also means I’ll be stuck with a purple one that I won’t be able to use. I could, however, switch the bubbles, attach the purple to the bottom one in the cluster, and blast both away with the move I was already planning. More points and less bubbles to worry about.
