Solitaire was always known as the game that cost employers a lot of money, but now it’s becoming the game that can bring some extra cash into your pocket. I’m familiar with playing Solitaire for money, and doing so on my phone seems even easier. Pocket7Games gives you a number of games to choose from, and I started with Solitaire! for a few simple reasons: I have played the game longer than any other computer game (true story: when I got ‘computer lessons’ in 3rd grade, my instructor only knew how to open and play Solitaire – it’s all I did), I have seen it in online casino’s before (so I know it’s legit), I know I can actually make money playing Solitaire in Pocket7Games, and most of the time it’s one the most popular games on Pocket7Games.

How to play Solitaire! with Pocket7Games
For those of you who don’t know the game, but grew up with actual computer games, Solitaire is a card game you play by yourself. After shuffling all the cards, you essentially try to organize them into four stacks, where each stack represents one of the four symbols in order of card value. For years, it was included in the Windows operating system and distracted government employees from working. Now, you too can play Solitaire in the lost moments throughout your day, earning some money while you do so.

In the Pocket7Games app, you always compete with someone else. In Solitaire!, you’re assigned an opponent based on your skill level. After you’re assigned an opponent, you square off in a quick game of Solitaire. Even in tournaments, you’re always facing one opponent at a time – tournaments are structured as an elimination bracket.

You’ve got five minutes to get as far in the round as possible (or solve it entirely), racking up as many points as possible in the process. When you get more points than your opponent, you win the round. Both you and your opponent play the same configuration in the cards. If the configuration can’t be solved, the winner is the player who gets as far as possible and ends the round. Ending early gives you a time bonus, which is often the deciding factor in who wins the round.
How to win money playing Solitaire!
The app from Pocket7Games app follows a familiar pattern where your balance is divided among two different currencies. In this case, you’ll find tickets, and cash. There are different ways to earn tickets, but the easiest way is to play quick games or win tickets in some of the minigames, such as scratchers or spins.
There are always different games and tournaments available. For beginning players, there are the following options: tournaments, cash games, and ticket games. The tournaments are bracket-style elimination tournaments where one winner emerges out of a pool multiple players. The free tournament costs 500 tickets for a chance to win a maximum of $1 in cash after seven rounds – players who advance to the third round get their entrance fee back.
The cash tournament costs $5 to enter, and gives you a chance to win $110. Cash games have a similar set-up, but are a one-off match against one opponent. The entry fee is $0.60 and you win $1. Lastly, there are ticket games with various stakes. Practice rounds cost 10 tickets and win you 20 tickets. A regular game costs 300 tickets to enter and wins you 500 tickets. The highest stakes in these free games are the Cash Fever rounds, which cost 8.000 tickets to enter and win you $0.60. The highest available cash games can bring in $2,000 for the winner.
This means that the Pocket7Games app isn’t a ‘pay to win’ setup. There are several ways to get free tickets (just opening the app daily will guarantee a steady stream of tickets), and these free tickets buy you access to real cash games. All you need to do to win cash with Solitaire! is play well.
